At Cotopaxi, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 60-day return window for items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Whether you need a different size or a different color, we are committed to helping you find the perfect companion for your next adventure.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your gear in its original packaging if possible, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
